Live and Lead was founded by Dee Ladva in 2022 as a natural evolution of her career in training, coaching, and wellbeing. Having worked within the field of people development for 20 years. Dee wanted to use her story and the lived experiences to support girls and women to become the best version of themselves. To create inclusive and equitable practices for girls and women across the world to fulfill their highest potential and become trail blazers for the women coming up behind them and take up space.
We achieve this through developing and implementing interactive coaching, courses and wellbeing tools.

I am passionate about what we as women can achieve. When we pour into a girl, she becomes a woman who can build and do anything, the possibilities become endless. When we remind women of who they are it changes lives and communities. I am passionate about going on every single journey with each and every female that we work with.

My drive in life is to empower all women to develop and harness the tools and skills they need to build confidence, overcome obstacles that restrain them, tap into their inner strengths and ambitions, and guide them on their unique path toward growth and success. I want them to understand that dreams can indeed become reality.
